Basic solid car. Got us where we needed. Very efficient.

The pickup and drop off were delayed. At drop off car had less than a quarter tank of gas. At drop off the owner let us know there was a “slow leak” in a back tire and showed us an air compressor in the back of the car. This resulted in us having to spend hours getting the tire evaluated and ultimately replaced. This included multiple phone calls to Turo ensuring we would be reimbursed for the expense. The car also smelled fine upon pick up but quickly we noticed smell of marijuana that the multiple air fresheners did not cover up if the car was in the heat. Overall, very disappointed in the trip. Jayden communicated well throughout but giving us a car with a nail in the tire and expecting that we would just air it up as we went was unacceptable.
