Amazing experience! The host was super easy to work with, very friendly, and always responded to my messages right away. Communication was quick and smooth from start to finish, which made the entire rental process stress-free. Everything went perfectly, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Did not drive the vehicle due to no insurance provided for the rental so I returned it early

The insurance for the vehicle was in the glovebox of the vehicle. Turo’s Travelers insurance does not provide a declaration page with the current guest name on it and that is what Crystal was requesting. I informed her that in order to add a vehicle to Uber/Lyft from the platform you typically need your own policy outside of Turo as our personal insurance can’t provide you an ID card with the guest name on it. Turo’s can but it sounded like she couldn’t add the vehicle to her account with it.
