Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Turo-actually I’ve never had anything remotely bad ever and have rented many times. This Porsche experience was a nightmare. Part way into my trip, a major warming of low coolant “STOP CAR IMMEDIATELY “ came on. As a female alone on a highway in the mountains with NO cell service and 91 degrees I was stranded. Took time, then miles, causing me to miss part of my first conference, extreme stress and discomfort trying to find coolant, did not dare drive the rest of the time until I drove back to the airport. Happened AGAIN, causing even more stress to make my flight, to which the owner dismissed it as “no problem”. He admitted prior user had this happen yet it was not fixed.
I strongly recommend to NOT rent this car.
*Oh, and they also brought the car several hours earlier than my start time to the airport so I had to pay an entire day instead of one hour for parking.
