A few days before our trip Plentyy Cars (who apparently does NOT have plenty of cars) reached out to us to let us know that the Jeep we rented from them was going to be over state lines and not available for our trip. We had secured the vehicle in early May.
The told us ths only other car they had available was a 2013 Kia sedan, which was not appropriate for our group of three who needed an SUV and preferably not a 13 year old car. Leaving us with no other options the week of our trip we agreed to the switch.
We picked up the car and it was bad. Smelled, dirty, old, passenger window only rolled down from driver side, "blue tooth" system was an aftermarket installation they put in to try and update the car but did not work and just played the same Madonna song on repeat (promise this is not a joke). The entire back window was so warped you could not see out of it.
We ended up going back to the ACV airport and renting an SUV from Enterprise for the last two days of our trip which was well worth it. I was told that turo is going to reimburse us for the days we returned it early. I sure hope so!
I would not recommend this car, unless you are okay with the above. Which is fine! It's fine to have an older vehicle, it just wasn't appropriate for us, and honestly sort of unsafe. If it was $30 a day... Sure.. get the car with the windows you can't see out of or roll down. Otherwise.. pass!
We don’t own any Kia Sedan in our fleet. Unfortunately Elizabeth we never rented that vehicle to you. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience but this seems to be a misunderstanding.

I have to give an honest review. The can I rented was switched up on me less than 24 hours before my trip. I originally rented a 2017 jeep, and ended up with this 2013 Ford focus. They did come down on the price which I am grateful for. I think the way they went about handling it lacked some professionalism and courtesy. Other than that, the car runs and gets you from a to b in the city. All in all a very mid experience.

Communication and service was fantastic, the only thing to take me note of was the back windshield was incredibly hard to look out for during the trip
