Car was in great condition.
I really enjoyed the preemptive messages containing the required information and large CarPlay head unit.
Was only reimbursed for 5 dollars of the 15 dollar parking fee though

Artur went above and beyond. Both him and the co-host were great at communicating and I found them to be accommodating to my needs, especially when my circumstances changed. The car is suitable for use. I really enjoyed the touch screen navigation. I would recommend to rent from this host.

I was given the incorrect address and name of the pickup location, so the shuttle didn’t know where to take me when I went to drop it off. I also had to pay $8 to get the car out of the pickup location parking lot. The host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Otherwise, the car was great and I had no issues with it.
