We had a last minute change in plans and they were super accommodating. There was a chance we’d miss our connector (which increased parking fees) well they left us some money for the extra unexpected fees. Talk about above and beyond! The car was super clean, smelled great, didn’t give us any issues at all. Would recommend to my grandma, would rent again. 10/10.

The auxiliary cords (and related connectivity) also didn’t work, which was frustrating since I’m not from the area. I was counting on Apple CarPlay for reliable GPS and navigation on my phone, but had to rely on my phone’s screen the whole time instead.
On top of that, I picked the car up with less than 3/4 of a tank. I filled it up before returning it and actually dropped it off with more gas than I received, yet I was still charged an extra fee. When I questioned it, the response was essentially “gas is expensive.” That left a bad taste, especially after making the effort to refuel properly.
Overall, the rental process itself was convenient, but the mismatch between the advertised condition and reality, plus the connectivity issues and fuel charge, made the experience disappointing for the price. I’d recommend them for the ease of the transaction, but future renters should inspect the car thoroughly and clarify the fuel policy upfront.
It’s unfortunate you feel that way about the fuel you were provided with pictures on both ends along with the detailed receipt. Yes, fuel is expensive in regards to the GPS. You have to have a cord for your phone to make the GPS work. We do not provide those chords.
