The car was great. Zippy. You need a usb-c connection to your phone or use an adapter to use CarPlay (which I found at a 7-11 for $12).

The pickup location had poor cell service. To be fair, this could be more on my cell service provider. This poor reception made it difficult to follow on-line pick up procedures and I had zero luck trying to contact any source for help. After about a 20 minute delay, we were able to learn that the keys were on the driver side tire and we were off.

The car was great. The pick up was easy enough, it was advertised as on-site parking even though it was a 20 minute shuttle ride to the spot parking. Just plan accordingly. The host was very responsive.
