Communication could have been a little better once we arrived was a little aggravating walking through the airport not knowing where to go while waiting on a response. The car could have been a little cleaner as well and it also smelled like marijuana. Car itself was great through drove smooth did super well on gas.

The network might have cause the delay🙏🏽. You were still able to pick up in less than 15mins, in future you can call us to assist you. We do clean and sanitize ours cars, but do not hesitate to let us know your concerns on the trip so our team can address it right away. We appreciate you bringing all this to our attention.
The vehicle was a fantastic drive and the fuel efficiency is crazy on this. I was super pleased with the overall experience with this trip! The car was very clean and tidy, had all the safety features to improve the driving experience while navigating a new city. This car also supported both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto via a USB-C port which also charged your phone at the same time. Exceptional trip and experience, would highly recommend. Also, the car is at least a good fit for tall folks, I'm 6'2" with most of my height in my legs and I was easily able to sit in & drive the car.
