Even though I unfortunately had a flat tire during my trip, overall it was still a wonderful experience. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove great, and the pickup process was easy and convenient. The host was very helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. The flat tire was an unexpected situation that was out of anyone’s control, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my trip and would definitely consider renting from this host again. I appreciate the great service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable rental experience.

Hello Mr.James i just want to start by saying Were terrible sorry if you didn’t enjoy your trip with us, but we make sure all of our cars are detailed inside and out before every single trip, we made sure to clean the vehicle inside and out before we delivered it
And you have brought the vehicle back almost empty and you didn’t purchase our pre purchase fuel that we offer, so we had to fill the car back up and send you invoice through turo we have attached all the receipts and proof of evidence.
