Car was great! But picking it up and dropping it off was incredibly difficult because there was a security gate and the code did not work and there was no instructions on this. Not that I'm incompetent and can't operate a security gate and it's probably easy but it's not something that I normally have to deal with. The host was very gracious and the car was spectacular but the pick up and drop off system really needs to be attended to.
