I rented a vehicle for 3 days and requested it be delivered to me. Delivery was on time and went smoothly. I was able to easily retrieve the key from the lock box. There were no major cosmetic or mechanical issues with the vehicle. There was a charging cord included with the rental which came in handy. It had car play which was great as I was able to view directions on the screen instead of my phone while traveling.

The car was super clean but needs an alignment, as it has vibration at 75mph. I really wish Turo differentiated between cars that you can pick up right at the airport terminal and ones that are in an off airport lot. I’ve picked up cars at DFW right outside the terminal (the owner said that option isn’t allowed with Turo) and in the remote north lot. This car was in the peer to peer lot, requiring the shuttle. Upon arriving at DFW, there was a long line of people also waiting for the rental car shuttle and it took 10 minutes for one to arrive, then we needed a second one to arrive. Once at the off airport car rental center, you then walk a short distance to the lot. I had no idea, but when returning the car back to the lot and taking the shuttle back to the airport, you have to catch the shuttle upstairs at the car rental center. Maybe I missed that direction somewhere. Give yourself a good 20 minutes to park and get back to the airport.
