I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the interior. The inside of the windshield was so dirty I had to stop at a gas station and clean it in order to eliminate the glare and be able to drive safely. The car needed a thorough vacuuming. I had to apologize to my guests, which was not cool. Also, despite providing my flight information, the car was parked at the other terminal, meaning I had to take a shuttle to get there, which defeated part of the purpose of getting a Turo in the first place. As I drove by the parking garage of the terminal I arrived into, I could see plenty of open spots, so I know it wasn't full when the car was dropped off. I use Turo a lot and haven't ever given a 2 star rating....until now.
