Art was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire trip. The car was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. He was upfront about the check engine light and explained that he was already aware of it, which I really appreciated because it showed honesty and transparency.
On our last day, he offered to extend our rental for a couple of hours, which gave us extra time to enjoy Anchorage before our flight. To top it all off, he even drove us to the airport, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, a great experience with an excellent host. I would definitely rent from him again!

Easy pick up from the parking lot. Car drove from Anchorage to different spots such as Kenai Fjords Nat’l Park, Seward, and Whittier. Did great on gas mileage.

Engine light on water temp gauge flashes
This vehicle was dispatched with a completely clean dashboard and zero warning lights. For safety reasons, it is entirely unacceptable to operate any vehicle while a warning light is flashing. Had you communicated this alert at any point during your 8-day driving, we would have immediately swapped the vehicle or resolved it on day one to ensure your safety.

Car was great and art actually came and picked us up from the airport and brought us to the car. The car itself was a little older but that was not a problem it was tidy and smelled good when we got it. Visiting from Florida and couldn’t recommend anybody better if you’re looking for a rental
