Nick made the entire rental process smooth and straightforward. He was there for pickup and dropoff, walked through everything clearly, and his relaxed demeanor put us at ease right away. The Prius was reliable and easy to drive, with plenty of room for gear, which was perfect for exploring the amazing sites around Anchorage without worrying about fuel costs. Great gas mileage, surprise amount of storage for the size of the vehicle (didn’t use the roof rack storage but seems like a great feature), got me to/from work while my car was in the shop w no troubles.
