I didn't mind all of the damage to the vehicle but I did not appreciate being left with a vehicle equipped with a tire pressure gage because a known issue is present. Seems unsafe to knowingly rent a vehicle without fixing it. This is my first rental so I'll possibly try again another day.

The car was ok for a quick couple of day rental. It was a challenge getting a response from the host, it eventually all worked out. Thank you for the use of your vehicle. I was sure to fill it up and return as it was when I picked up.

I booked this car specifically because it listed snow tires; it did not have snow tires, and it was pretty dangerous when I had to drive in the snow, and I couldn’t even drive it where I needed to during an exam I was here for.

I asked the host to confirm multiple times via chat, text, and call that these would be snow tires because I would likely be driving in snow. I got nothing but automated messages even though I booked about a month ahead of time. After I picked up the car, they provided a new phone number in another automated message. I sent that number a text that these weren’t snow tires, and they replied that they had to take them off because studs weren’t allowed after a certain date which was after my booking. Either have studless snow tires for this, or tell me this early enough for me to book a car that does that studless snow tires.

All of this could have been avoided if the host just bothered to respond to me. First time using Turo and probably the last.

Car was perfect for safely driving in the snow and ice. The features of the vehicle made it very comfortable to use in the cold weather.
