We had an issue with access to the vehicle, the instructions weren’t clear that the vehicle was already on site. We waited about 30 minutes into our rental time before the issue was resolved. First timers, but now we know how it works.

The check-in instructions clearly stated that the vehicle was already on site and included the information needed to locate and access it. Unfortunately, the instructions were not followed initially, which caused the delay. Once you contacted me, I assisted you and the issue was resolved. I’m glad everything worked out, and I always encourage guests to carefully review the check-in instructions before arrival.
