We had some travel plans that got changed up by the airline and we were unable to pick up the car as scheduled. Arthur and crew were super communicative and flexible. We opted to pick up the car at their house, and save a ton on the rental fees, and it was a seamless process. The car was in good condition, fueled up and ran well. I’d gladly rent from them again.

The notice was to short. We were out of town and failed to remove the car from turo for the date booked. We apologize for any inconveniences we cost the customer and turo.
