Shelly Jean was very helpful in facilitating both the pick up and drop-off of the vehicle. The car itself was not clean. Also, a warning light was always on to "Get service now" which Shelly explained as needing an oil change. then a flashing red triangle came on with the words "System warning, consult the owners manual" but as Shelly explained, the car re-sets the warning when turned off and on. It made us uneasy for a day but the car itself ran perfectly and had a lot of power the whole trip.
