Windshield wipers were ripped and I asked the host about reimbursement. He said to do it through Turo. I tried with no luck. I messaged him again about it after the trip and he ignored the issue.
Thanks for the input. However, during your rental we messaged the Turo instructions in how to get reimbursed. We did not ignore you.
