Kevin is an absolutely amazing host who truly went above and beyond to save our trip!
Just 24 hours before we were scheduled to leave, our original booking had to be canceled because the vehicle was unfortunately totaled during a previous rental. Instead of leaving us stranded, Kevin notified us right away and seamlessly arranged for us to use one of his other vehicles. He handled all the logistics himself, ensuring our travel plans weren’t delayed or impacted.
Throughout the entire process, his communication was excellent, and he answered all of our questions immediately. The replacement car was spotless, spacious, and drove perfectly for our needs. Thank you, Kevin, for your outstanding service. We will definitely be booking our next trip with you!
