Very easy access, good communication, good location for pickup. The windshield wiper need a replacement as the visibility during rain was difficult sometimes

Thanks for the feedback, they will be replaced today before it goes out with the next renter. I take renter feedback very seriously.
Logistics were great except the car was a $25 trip from airport. Price of rental smoothed this over.
