Mileage was approximately 21,700
Surprised by a three-star rating after personally meeting and greeting this guest, I reached out to him to find out how I could have improved his experience or what went wrong. Turns out it had actually nothing to do with the service I provided and he found the turo app itself confusing and non-user friendly resulting in the low overall experience score. Regrettably, these aspects of his experience are completely outside of my control as a individual host.

Check in and out is super easy, and the car was perfect for our adventures through southern Alaska. First experience with Turo, and went better than I expected. Good gas mileage, comfortable ride, and enough space for two of us with our luggage. I also love how easy it is to park the little nugget of a car :)

Everything was excellent and as described. Would suggest renting from this host anytime. The car quality was perfect, the pickup location was convenient and the host was exceptional. He left a great impression on a first time turo renter.
