It’s not listed but we ran into an issue with Tesla chargers and with no adapter could not find alternative charging.

I just wanted to clarify that a charging adapter was provided and is stored underneath the floor compartment of the trunk. I always encourage guest to reach out with any questions during their trip, and i would have been happy to locate it. It's disappointing to receive a lower rating over something that was readily available and could have been easily resolved with a quick message.

Seamless pickup and drop-off process! The car was in great shape when I picked it up, and the host was friendly, responsive, and communicated well throughout the entire rental. The car itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and such a smooth ride. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!
