The car worked fine for the most part, however the tires were not properly maintained. On the 7th day of my trip the tire went completely flat unexpectedly. After AAA roadside came out to switch it the tires they found stripped lug nuts and neglected tires. The leak was coming from a faulty valve stem. The co-host (Megaleth?) Was unresponsive until I contacted the main host by cell. They proceed to be insanely unhelpful in resolving the issue. I've never experienced such bad customer service. Turo was great at providing a tow truck to send the Ford Fiesta back to the co-host.
