"Brian is an absolute All-Star host! I ran into unexpected travel delays that completely threw off my return plans. Instead of letting it become a nightmare, Brian went above and beyond. He worked directly with Turo to arrange a tow to Utah for me. He was extremely accommodating and communicative. A huge thank you to Brian for being amazing and saving me from a very stressful situation!"
