They gave me the wrong car with a cracked windshield, broken drivers door handle, tire pressure signal on. He said the tire pressure signal was “nothing”, and I proceeded to have a flat tire during my trip. I give him 2 stars instead of one because he came to fix the tire within a couple hours. Also economy lot pickup/dropoff is not convenient

Car quality was unfortunately a big problem- the tires were in such bad condition this car should not have been rented. I had to take the car to a tire center because I got a flat immediately after picking it up. They let me know that the tire was flat due to significant wear and tear and that it wasn’t safe to drive on in the first place.

There were unfortunately several things wrong with our vehicle. First and foremost, we discovered that the left hand side did not produce AC. The air that blew out was hot, and no settings were able to fix it, which made our stay in 80-90° weather pretty uncomfortable. Secondly, the tires were dry rotted and unsafe to be used. The brakes also need to be replaced and shook every time they were pressed on. Unfortunately we would say that this car needs some replacements/fixes before it should be offered to any other individuals moving forward.
A/c was fine when I dropped it off, also you pointed a low tire pressure, I checked the tire after your trip and there’s a nail I have no control if it happens during your trip. But thank you for let me know
