Check engine light stayed on the entire rental. No code to return on the lock box key. App not user friendly for return as we returned at 10:00am hours early only to be told we were late.
Thank you for the feedback. I asked you if the vehicle was driving good, you said it was, and we offered. a car replacement. In fact, when the vehicle was returned, was no check engine light on, and chime warning was because you passed 80mph, lockbox code was the same one you used when you picked up the vehicle. We also provided this information in Turo app so that it's always available whenever you need it. We would be happy to assist you if you had contact us. Thank you!
