The vehicle was not in proper working order to drive safely and it took 4 calls to customer service and over 4 hours to finally get a refund and vehicle replacement. While the host did try to have someone come
Get the vehicle after hours of my accommodations to make sure it was picked up, I finally gave up waiting and told Turo I wasn’t waiting for the host any longer. Finally refunded and got a replacement vehicle. Never doing that again.

I sincerely apologize for the experience — a turn signal bulb is a small fix, but your time and safety matter. 4+ hours to resolve is unacceptable, and I'm sorry for the wait. I've since completed a full inspection to prevent this from happening again. I hope you'll give me another chance to make it right.
