Rental was amazing great on gas clean an well kept a/c blows cold! No complaints at all!! Host was very prompt also just checked in to see how things were going!!! Would recommend!!

Rough start! Communication was great after the rough start. Host was late dropping the car off too me for pick up! Didn’t get any instructions until I messaged the host! So if I didn’t message the host, no-one would have said anything to me. Only to find out the car wasn’t there at the time I booked! Communication was great after I explained my frustrations. Just wish the host communicated things that were happening with the car before pickup! Host stated he will give me a courtesy discount because of the poor communication when picking up!
Yes, we are sorry we were delayed by a few mins for your pick up. As was mentioned, the vehicle was dropped off just before your trip and unfortunately the previous guest smoked in the vehicle. Which resulted us to perform a deeper cleaning and treat the vehicle before your trip. This unfortunately took us a longer time. Along with this, we also found one of the light bulbs were out so we had to replace it, which also added unexpected time. However, again we are sorry and did send a discount 👍
