I was very disappointed with my recent rental experience. The vehicle I received had noticeable damage that was not properly addressed before pickup.
During our trip the bumper kept falling from each side and we had to be reattaching it. After bringing the damage to the rental company's attention, I was told that I could receive a refund only if I returned the car the same day. This was not a reasonable solution, as I had already made plans and relied on having a vehicle for my trip. Offering a refund contingent on immediately returning the car did not address the inconvenience or provide a practical alternative.

The cars check engine light came on the morning after we picked it up. I messaged host ensured it was the gas cap not tightened tried to tighten it. Stayed on the entire time. But overall fun to drive in with the top down in the sunshine

I loved the convertible. It gave me a very luxurious feel. The leather interior was beautiful. The car was driven very smoothly. Renting this vehicle was the highlight of my trip. Thank you. I had no problems picking up or dropping off the vehicle . I would most definitely rent again.
