The trip was fantastic. The car was very nice and clean. It ran really well and did great the whole time in Chicago. The host was very helpful and gave great instructions on what to do. I was a little worried at first since it only had a couple reviews, but each vehicle has to start somewhere. I highly recommend renting this vehicle with this host. I had a bit up a misunderstanding at the beginning of the trip with the company the car was parked at, but all due to me not having any experience with this. It had nothing to do with the host, and he even fixed the issue for me. I had a fantastic first time using Turo!
