The host was great, very helpful, polite, and quick to reply to all my messages. However, I have to knock two stars off because of the car itself. The main issue was that the front right tire was so worn out that it didn't feel safe on the highway in the rain (it was really slippery because the tire was practically bald). The host apologized but couldn't swap it out since they were fully booked and it was a short rental. There was also a faint smoke smell when I picked it up, though the host explained it was from a previous renter and I understood. Great service, but the car needs maintenance attention.

Car was difficult to find and a long distance from Airlines. Also, a long distance in parking for returning flight. You’d need to take an Uber.
Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify that the pickup and return process at the airport follows Turo’s airport policy and designated parking procedures. Additionally, there are airport shuttles available from the parking location to the terminals to assist guests with transportation.
