Car needs some tlc.
Wasn't the cleanest and shakes bad anything over 50+ mph.

We’re surprised by this review, as no concerns regarding cleanliness, drivability, or a check-engine light were reported to us at any point during the five-day trip, despite our attempts to communicate with the guest. There was also no check-engine light present before or after the reservation. We take vehicle maintenance and cleanliness seriously and would have immediately addressed any concern had we been made aware of one.
