Awesome ride! Just needed something for a quick trip. Fuel economy was top notch

I recommend coco! Would rent again

Car was pretty beat up on the outside (which we didn’t mind) but was nice and clean on the inside. The windshield wiper fluid was empty. Car would be rated a 4 but host was unprofessional and the car return was stressful because the host changed return location back and forth last minute and did a lot of complaining about how Turo takes all their money.

I would love to give zero stars. I really wanted this to be a pleasant rental experience but this was an absolute nightmare. They charged us a parking fee upon pickup, this was not mentioned at the time of booking. the car itself has been improperly maintained and was unsafe to drive. Being only 10 min from the pickup spot; we had messaged the host first to try and get a replacement. We were told they had no other vehicles available and that we would have to call a tow truck to pick up the rental. The owner charged us an extra $200 for the tow truck and is refusing to take responsibility for putting an unsafe listing on Turo, we were then left waiting in a parking lot for 4 hours for this tow truck and when it arrived, he had no idea where to take it or who to talk to, so we relayed the owners info; and were promptly left without a rental in the middle of nowhere, two women in a city hours away from the hotel we had reservations for. And to top it off I got a notification that the owner charged me a late fee as well (how could I have been late when your car was not drivable 10 minutes into my 4 day rental??) We then fought on the phone with Turo customer service for hours until they finally got us a Lyft to our hotel (but not until 11 o’clock at night) but they are refusing to replace the rental. The owner is refusing to communicate with Turo customer service and customer service won’t help until they can talk to the owner. This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare every step of the way, without a rental car there’s no way for me to get to any of the plans/reservations I made for my vacation. This rental, owner and Turo customer service was an incredible amount of money wasted and this ruined my vacation. I hope I can make it back to the airport to go home in 2 days because I don’t know what else we’ll be able to do.

Coco’s car was great- the gas mileage was excellent, drives and runs smooth, pickup was very easy, clear instructions. Some minor body damage on car but that doesn’t stop it from running extremely well. I will definitely rent from Coco again in the future.
