This vehicle was not what it was advertised or presented to be. There were numerous scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage throughout the vehicle. The interior was also very dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before the rental.
More concerning, as soon as we got on the highway, the vehicle began making a very loud rattling noise that appeared to be coming from the tire or wheel area. I immediately brought the issue to the host’s attention. Instead of acknowledging the concern, the host attempted to blame me and claimed that I must have run over something. I did not run over anything, and I have a recording of the noise to document what I experienced.
I rent through Turo frequently, and unfortunately, this has been one of my worst rental experiences. I specifically rented this vehicle for a photo shoot, but because of the condition and cleanliness of the interior, I was unable to take the photos I intended to take. The vehicle photographs much better at night or in darker lighting, but in normal lighting, its actual condition is much more noticeable.
The vehicle itself is not horrible, but its actual condition does not match how it was represented in the listing. Between the existing exterior damage, dirty interior, concerning highway noise, and the host immediately attempting to place blame on me for an issue I reported, I was very disappointed with this rental.

Car as described, clean, well kept! I picked this vehicle up from an airport which I wasn’t given the exact parking lot. the airport had several parking lots which caused me to spend 45 minutes driving around parking lot looking for the vehicle. The host and team was very responsive and directed me to the correct parking lot expeditiously. After I retrieved the vehicle, I had no issues or concerns. hosts are amazing.
