Everything from start to finish was smooth and so easy. Beth provided clear directions for us, and picking up and returning the car was a seamless process. The car was pristine, clean, and so fun to drive! We will definitely rent Herbie again if when we have the pleasure of traveling to Santa Fe and it is available.
