Pickup and drop off super easy (though car wash way further than 300 ft from drop off-just be ready to drive a few min). Car worked well and got great mileage. It was very well cleaned. A few quirks as mentioned by other drivers.

Great gas mileage, averaged about 40 mpg entire trip. The host communicated perfectly about details of getting the car and dropping the car off. It is a small car which I’m not used to, but overall great!

Preston was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Car was fine, one small issue with the auto front passenger door lock but otherwise no issues - great value and experience overall. Recommended!
