Car was ok but we got to the Albuquerque New Mexico airport earlier than 0830 pm and charged 78.00 dollars because of that then leaving the airport we got charged an additional seven dollars leaving the airport. I don’t get that for a rental. Then we exceeded the 1,200mile limit we got charged with that as well as our mileage was around 1.400 miles. Any other car rental company like hertz or others have always had unlimited mileage from our past experience. And we have never been charged with early pickup or having to pay for a rental leaving any other airport parking lot ever. So bottom line I’ve learned a valuable lesson. That is always trust a well accredited company.

Hello Bill actually you didn’t get charged for exceeding the mileage limit. If I were to charge for exceeding mileage I would have sent you a separate invoice which I did not. I understand that you are upset you got charged for wanting to get car early, even though you were responsible for setting pick up time to 8:30pm, but if you were to have gone to a rental company the overall price would have been much higher which is why I’m sure you went with Turo in the first place.
