Host was great and very communicative, overall car quality was great although it could use a brake check, given that the brakes feel kind of loose.
Appreciate your feedback sir. I will have to strongly disagree on the brake check. Brakes are NOT loose lol. That would not be a good thing if that was truly the case. Vehicle had brakes inspected and replaced 2 months ago. I’ve owned this vehicle for two years and brakes have been the same. Even picking up the vehicle at the end of your trip had no issues with the brakes. I appreciate your concern sir but I am very confident there are no brake issues.

Great car, nice and clean. Would have given a 5 star rating but car was late for pick up. Overall rating 4.9.
There are just some guests that expect the world out of you. Can’t make everyone happy. Car was about 3 minutes late and that was due to previous guest delaying the return of the vehicle. For me to rush and clean/detail the rental and get it to this guest was extremely fair. The level of cleanliness and detail you would of not gotten anywhere else. But the guests don’t see that effort. Anyways, on to the next….
