The car was good mechanically, had good gas mileage, and pickup directions / car access was easy. However, the trunk was broken, leaving me unable to use it. I was transporting expensive camera equipment that I had to therefore store in plain sight / the back seat, which felt much less secure. The trunk also popped open once while I was driving. I would recommend asking for confirmation of this issue being fixed after 10/12 before booking if this is an issue for you. Also, I ended my trip early, and requested that the trip be ended early formally on the app (which I was unable to do on the renter side) and that wasn’t done, which made my trip vulnerable and not as secure. The owner was a bit hard to get in touch with / clarity from when I needed assistance with the drop off due to the earlier time that we agreed upon.
