Car: clean interior, slightly salty exterior upon pick up. Some rattling noises coming from the vehicle. Handles very well in the snow for a sedan. Low tire pressure sensor came on shortly after picking up the vehicle, only a minor inconvenience compared to some disaster stories I’ve heard. Bluetooth nor the USB cord connection worked for controlling audio or navigation. Heated seats were a plus for 10 degree weather.
Host was okay. Communication was not directly clear on pick up and drop off location. Though I was grateful for her flexibility in changing the car return time due to multiple changes in flight times. The vehicle was good for getting me from point A to point B.

I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Bluetooth & USB are fully functional. For safety reasons, setup must be done while the vehicle is parked, not while driving.
The exterior salt was due to active winter weather and snow conditions at the time of pickup, which is unavoidable during winter travel. I did remain flexible with multiple return time changes due to flight delays and am glad the vehicle met your transportation needs overall. Is there proof for tire pressure light?
Ericka is EXCEPTIONALLY communicative and so helpful. The car was squeaky clean and reliable for hopping around Albany for different events. Would absolutely recommend!
