Thanks Michael for helping to make our trip smooth and easy. Your Venice was just as described, and you were very attentive and quick to reply to any messages we sent.
The only hiccup was having to pay a $55 parking garage fee when we picked the car up and exiting the garage, but you assure us TURO will reimburse us what we are owed.
We highly recommend renting from Michael if you find yourself in the Albany area.
