The car was clean and pick up was seamless and easy. Communication was good with the host which is appreciated. I would use again if ever I needed to.

Very simple and appreciated Thank you

The vehicle had a mismatched license plate and no registration in the car, making it unsafe and illegal to operate. I contacted Turo support immediately, and the vehicle ultimately had to be towed. This situation caused significant inconvenience and safety concerns. Future guests should verify the vehicle’s documentation at pickup.
