The vehicle had a mismatched license plate and no registration in the car, making it unsafe and illegal to operate. I contacted Turo support immediately, and the vehicle ultimately had to be towed. This situation caused significant inconvenience and safety concerns. Future guests should verify the vehicle’s documentation at pickup.
