Car ran perfectly! It was clean as always. Smooth pickup and drop off. Host is very kind. Car had iPhone charger in case I did not have one or forgot mine. It’s always a pleasure renting from Rhonda. She’s awesome! Thanks again for another great experience Rhonda!

I booked this vehicle for an important trip, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the seats were covered with towels, which immediately raised concern. After checking underneath, I found the seats heavily stained, and the car also had a strong smell of smoke. This was my first negative experience using Turo.

While the host did apologize and explained that they had attempted to remove the odor but had not yet had the car professionally cleaned, I believe the vehicle should not have been listed in this condition. As a host, presenting a clean and properly maintained car is essential, and overlooking this caused unnecessary hardship for me as a renter.

I ultimately had to cancel a day late into my long trip, which was highly inconvenient. To add to the frustration, Turo initially declined to provide a full refund. Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience.
