Discovered Panel under wheel was damaged and body shop stated needs to be replaced and I missed a whole day of trip and 5 hours back and forth with TURO. Worst thing is took uber but appreciated reimbursement from host on that. TURO could not get me a replacement vehicle. This was a horrible experience. I sat at the body shop since driving it from host location as host suggested and sat 4 hours trying to handle and the shop said they can drop me off at Burger King so I was dropped off. Vehicle was not in condition to drive long distance. Vehicle was left at shop
