We only cancel when a vehicle returns damaged from a prior rental, or when a guest past the cancellation window asks us to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances — we try to accommodate situations outside a guest's control. At this time, we don't offer shuttle service as we are not allowed to transport customers, per Turo policy.
