How airport delivery works
Review the rules at your airport
Find your local airport and review all the rules, fees, and guidelines to make sure that airport delivery makes sense for your business
Turn on airport delivery
Set up airport delivery in your “Location & delivery” settings, and adjust your airport delivery fee.
Add your exact parking spot at the airport
Park in an approved delivery location, and tell your guest the exact spot, including the level, row, and a photo, so they can easily find the car.
Let the app handle the rest
At most major airports, the app will automatically give your guest directions from the terminal to the car and direct them to approved parking locations at the end of the trip.

If your local airport is not on the list, refer to local rules and regulations for deliveries, and coordinate a nearby location with your guests that's not on airport property.
Yes. Each permitted airport requires a fee that allows deliveries to take place on airport property. These fees are set by the airport — Turo doesn't set these fees, mark them up, or keep any portion. In most cases, guests are responsible for covering these fees.
In addition, some airports require you or your guests to pay the standard parking fee to use the approved lot for Turo deliveries. If you plan on having your guests cover this fee, you must let them know ahead of time.
You decide the amount you want to charge for delivery, up to a maximum fee that varies by airport. For every completed airport trip, you’ll receive 90% of the delivery fee you set.
When choosing your delivery fee, keep in mind that the prices guests see in search results include delivery fees. To help maximize bookings, make sure to choose a fee that keeps your all-in pricing competitive.
