Visiting Hawaii for a work trip and Loved the car I rented, it was easy to drive and park. Carter was very responsive, communication was fast and impeccable. The tire pressure light came on the second day I had the car and I reached out to give Carter a heads up. Carter took initiative, was very apologetic and accommodating. We were able to switch out the vehicle for another vehicle. Just shows how much he cares about the safety of renters. 10/10 would recommend and would rent again.
