This was due to a maintenance issue after the heavy rains we got in Dallas. We tried to get the car repaired before the next guest but there was a part out of state we were waiting for. We offered a replacement vehicle to the guest but they chose not to take it. Understandable.
Car was in good quality, no material issues, and pick up and drop off was seamless
