Great car and great host

Car wasn’t charged when I picked it up. Paid for the extra charge waiver or whatever it was and still had to pay him another fifty dollars. Plus when I tried to return I had to pay another twenty dollars. On top of getting charged when I got back home from my trip another forty-nine dollars and change. Just bad service. Car all scraped up. Dirty inside. Just bad service

I’m disappointed because several claims in this review do not match the documented condition of the vehicle or trip. The vehicle was delivered clean with approximately 74% battery, supported by photos. Referenced charges were for airport parking and charging costs, not additional rental fees. Instructions explained how to avoid parking charges. After return, I found apparent cigarette or cannabis debris despite the no-smoking policy, but did not pursue a cleaning or smoking fee.
Everything was amazing from beginning to end. The car was right where the host described it would be and entering. The car was very simple. As soon as I texted the host that I was at the car they unlocked it and I was ready to go. I appreciate the cleanliness of the car. I would definitely be saving this specific Tesla as my rental whenever I am in town 10 out of 10 experience all around.

• The rear-left door interior latch does rope from inside when the child lock is switched on.
• The tire-pressure alert that triggered was resolved and the system reset—no mechanical issues.
